Migration process.

Didn't know where to put this and if it's already been mentioned, apologies.
Do Plusnet, or have they already, plan to advise customers of this change? I wasn't aware of it!

It is discussed a bit here http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,140661.0.html but I am not aware of any announcement although the Plusnet website now reflects the new rules

At least they acknowledged the change of process and confirmed that systems and training were in place
