    <description>Like others, I was pretty disappointed by my early experience of PN ( I've just changed from Sky) as it seemed slow and chaotic but things seem to be settling down now and credit where credit's due the techies and the provisioning team fixed my poor upload profile pretty quickly so thanks go to them &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@104CD63F9302A50EF5EC70FE32BB8AA1/images/emoticons/smiley.gif" alt="Smiley" title="Smiley" /&gt;</description>
