      <description>Looking through my closed questions I found the following:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;TABLE&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Quote&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Dxxxx Txxxxxxxx - Products - Port Requests&lt;BR /&gt;2:18pm, Monday 11 May 2015&lt;BR /&gt;Sent 'auto_destroy' signal to component #22966061 (Netgear WNR3500 - FTTP).&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What on earth does it mean?&amp;nbsp;  I'm on FTTC.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>We've carried out some internal work which involved removing this from customers accounts.&lt;BR /&gt;It won't cause anyone any issues as we haven't supplied that router for a long time.</description>
