    <description>When I finally decided I had a line fault and it wasn't my equipment causing the issue it was 10.15pm on Tuesday.&lt;BR /&gt;Phoned PlusNet, yes I had quite a long wait to speak to somebody, but it was brilliant to be able to speak to somebody at that time of night and they were in this country!!!!!!&lt;BR /&gt;They were efficient and an appointment for an engineer was booked for the am slot today (Thursday).&lt;BR /&gt;8.05 this morning the engineer phoned to let me know he was on his way.&lt;BR /&gt;The engineer spent most of the day on my fault, well actually I believe he found a couple of faults.&lt;BR /&gt;In all I am very impressed with the service I have received from both PlusNet and Openreach, thank you.&lt;BR /&gt;Also a thank you to those on this forum that took time to assist me with my issue.&lt;BR /&gt;Last time I had a line fault I was a BT customer and it took more than 2 weeks for them to resolve it.&lt;BR /&gt;I've just got to wait for my broadband speed to pick back up.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
