Service Status page gone missing.

Plusnet service status page has a few problems:
Starting with the support page (http://www.plus.net/help/?home=helptop)
Click on "service Status" then under broadband "show issues" -- this take you back to where you started at the support page.
On the "service Status" page again, under broadband click on "Planned Maintenance" and I get a error page telling me this is "The smarter way to Broadband".
Only PN could think a error is a "smarter way"

Yes, the links you mentioned need reviewing - ispservice_id values are not set so an index page is shown. The four entries at the top of the page are intended to summarise several categories from the 14 entries in the "lights" table below. Perhaps no link should be provided if the global summary is "No known issues".
The links in the "lights" table do work (apart from the last one where implementation is still in progress).

"The smarter way to Broadband" is a very old slogan. I saw this last week and was told it is already under investigation.

A hotfix was rolled for this today. You should find the service status pages look a bit prettier now and don't contain any broken hyperlinks? Shout up if you spot anything wrong with it.

Thanks, I found the above while trying to find my open support tickets.
Can PN please create more links to the support ticket page, It's always difficult to find, fortunately I don't need it very often.
Now got the support ticket page bookmarked.
