    <description>Hi jo we are awaiting again&amp;nbsp; for a reply fromThursday&amp;nbsp; we have run all the tests tried new equipment. .. This is the worse time we could be without broadband.&amp;nbsp; please please help as we also want to fibre but need this sorting first!</description>
