    <description>I was due to migrate my fibre from BT to Plusnet tomorrow, however in their&amp;nbsp; wisdom BT cut me off this morning, so a quick phone call to Plusnet and talking to someone who actually knew what I was on about, resulted in my broadband being up and running within 15 minutes.&lt;BR /&gt;Well done Plusnet, great customer service. &lt;BR /&gt;Also my expected speed was estimated at 25 Mbps and this is what I actually get,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4193158851"&gt;http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4193158851&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;One happy bunny.</description>
