      <description>When it says the hardware has been despatched, why doesn't it give the date?</description>

      <description>It's because it's sent via Royal Mail, First Class. we don't hold any control over the date/time the hardware gets delivered unfortunately.&lt;BR /&gt;Whether you could see closed tickets or not, it wouldn't make a difference for the reason mentioned above.</description>

      <description>I didn't ask for the date delivered, I asked for the date it was despatched.&lt;BR /&gt;Looking at &lt;A href="https://portal.plus.net/my.html?s=0&amp;amp;action=account_summary" target="_blank"&gt;https://portal.plus.net/my.html?s=0&amp;amp;action=account_summary&lt;/A&gt; on my account it would be reasonable to assume that it was despatched 03/04/2015 as that is the only date shown against the router*. If it was sent first class - where is it?&lt;BR /&gt;Showing date it was actually despatched might reduce the number of calls you get in the days before installation is due asking where the router is!&lt;BR /&gt;Only by looking in the highly secret closed tickets do I find it was actually despatched on Tuesday this week.</description>
