topic House move in Plusnet Feedback

I've read posts about Plusnet customers having issues when they move house so I was somewhat anxious about my recent move. I am really pleased that everything has gone faultlessly: Plusnet did me a good deal on a 2 year contract, Openreach's communication was faultless & the engineer from Kelly turned up and did what he had to do. The only slightly negative feedback is that the engineer was booked for 13.00 to 18.00 but actually came at around 11.30; it wasn't a problem for me as I was at home anyway but would have been for someone taking time off work.
Everything is working as expected, so a big thank you to all concerned!
Jon

Glad to hear everything (almost aside from the engineer being early) went to plan!
Let us know if you have any further issues.
