Plusnet e-mails me but can't reply

I have just received an e-mail from Plusnet asking me to recommend them to my friends, I replied to say I would not be able to, my reply came back saying they do not read replies.

With the email you have received this is an automated email that does not have the facility to respond to these. If you wish to recommend a friend to Plusnet please provide them your username. During the sign up it will ask your friend if they were recommended, at this stage your username is inputted and once the service has gone live the discounts will be applied to your account.

Thanks for response but all I wanted to do was make Plusnet aware I can'r recommended them to others I'm afraid.
I'm rather disappointed in myself for signing up.
