      <description>Hi George,&lt;BR /&gt;"Wrong" from what perspective?&amp;nbsp; Against your current synch rate or wrong against what BT is reporting or wrong against what it has been / you believe it should be?&lt;BR /&gt;The figure you quote is a BT Profile figure.&amp;nbsp; PlusNet figures are rounded down to 0.10Mbps so it is equivalent would be 15.0Mbps, requiring a synch speed of 18.086Mbps&lt;BR /&gt;PlusNet has no control over BT Profile figures.&lt;BR /&gt;Kevin</description>
