<title>topic Good fault diagnostics in Plusnet Feedback</title>
    <link>https://community.plus.net/t5/Plusnet-Feedback/Good-fault-diagnostics/m-p/1208236#M58527</link>
<description>Quick note to inform on the positive experience I got from Plusnet support team. I called them with a line bounce issue, which I wanted them to check if there was any maintenance that was causing my ADSL issues, there was not and so I was asked to do from hardware related checks (always a good start). One of these checks was to swap out the ADSL filter, which I did and hey presto it was fixed.&lt;BR /&gt;So thanks to the team for your help and one top tip from me is have a spare ADSL micro filter in your draw.&lt;BR /&gt;Andy</description>
