Ipad Air 2 email setup

Having tried to resolve this by phone and online I finally resolved the issue of email access.
Please inform members who migrate from globalnet/madasafish to Plusnet of the following.
If you log into plusnet and look for the procedure to set up a new email account relating to iPad or iPhone The setup advise online detail does not relate to the globalnet setting for a iPad or iPhone
This should be
Name Your Name
Address username@globalnet.co.uk
Password Your password
Incoming mail server.
Host name Your name
User name yourname.globalnet.co.uk
Password Your password
Outgoing mail server
smtp.globalnet.co.uk
