Probably not as it wouldn't affect jitter and latency to specific hosts as it i think just prioritises throughput rates by a small amount

With the complaints about peak time issues I was pondering over solutions and came up with this idea
Plusnet launch a new but more expensive FTTC 80/20 service aimed at those who expect their bb to be free from all the peak time issues
in return for a higher monthly fee, we would get better routing /peering and a priority over other customers so lower contention on your network, throughput speeds would only be restricted by the BTW IP profile (so no plusnet shadow) and no Fiddling with traffic, that's the end users job should they need or want to do this
and finally non of this porn filtering on by default

WBC Elevated is an additional £3/month excluding the VAT according to the WBC Price List spreadsheet. It's almost as if there's already something that would give your traffic higher priority over the BTWholesale network. Perhaps you'd want that as part of it.

for the sake of £3 why not, as long as it actually made a difference ,and yes they could already do this, but i think there's more to having peak times free of issues than adding this £3 option
