      <description>I've noticed less negative feedback over the queue times recently, which is good news. I know our technical support have introduced a few different shift patterns empasising 5:30pm-8pm as a priority, seems like this is helping. &lt;BR /&gt;That being said, I'd imagine that it's still subject to when you call in.</description>
