Just wanted to sing some praise for the plusnet team who knew their stuff and helped me figure out what was causing issues and which students in the house to accost!
Couldn't have been anymore helpful with a complex issue.

EDIT: Didn't know I couldn't name staff - sorry! First time on the forum. They were all really helpful will hopefully be sticking with plusnet when my contract comes up as they're the most helpful internet service provider I've ever had over many issues including moving house, a dodgy connection at the new house and many more!
