Raising a ticket

Is it just me? I have spent half an hour trying to find how to raise a ticket.
The obvious place is the contact us page

But I can see no reference to tickets anywhere on that page.
Please reply if you know how to do this.

I must say i think it needs putting in a more OBVIOUS place on the page , if you dont know it takes some finding

Clicking on Help and Support takes you straight there

But when I view that page the Lovely Jess pops up and pushes the relevant bit off the bottom of the screen.

No, it's not just you j4john, I also wasted at least half an hour yesterday looking for the "raise a ticket" page.
In the end I gave up and clicked a link in an old email (from 2013) that I still had. That at least sent me towards the right direction.
Didn't help that I didn't actually want to ask a question, I wanted to tell them that my phone line had been repaired and to take any necessary actions at their end to reset things etc.
So it never occurred to me that that was where it was.
