    <description>im not bothered about the £1.50 charge what i am bothered about is having to call to pay every month when you should be able to press a button on a website its crazy... &lt;BR /&gt;and not everyone can set-up direct debit .... as they cant say the monehy will deffinatly be in the bank on said date every month for what ever reason</description>

      <description>details are fine i allways double check them to make sure they are correct before i click continue next or what not.... and i do it for every payment &lt;BR /&gt;but plusnet seems to decline my card 99.9% of the time</description>

      <description>Would life be easier for you if you paid by direct debit or just left a continuous authority to charge to your card?&lt;BR /&gt;If there is a sharp edge in the system, then the more times you cause yourself to have contact with it, then the greater the chance you'll get cut fingers.</description>

      <description>if i could trust PN with my bank details on their system then they would be there.....&lt;BR /&gt;ive said this many times.... (im not slagging plusnet off) what happened has happened and im still with them&lt;BR /&gt;however i do have reasons for my card details not been left on system&lt;BR /&gt;also they do have a new payment system coming and to what i understand it should be shortly after new year... but dont count on it</description>

      <description>also The card details that appear below will be billed automatically for your next invoice&lt;BR /&gt;that works the same as direct debit.. but you are charging £1.50 for it.....</description>

      <description>ok town please tell me how the he ll im supose to pay my bill on the due date when they dont allow you access to a (pay now) button ....&lt;BR /&gt;now as i said in my last post it seems like they use jooomla or something simular for their website... if this is the case it is not rocket science to add a pay now button&lt;BR /&gt;and it kinda funny how plusnets website declines my payment 99% of the time but when i call it fly through their system.... thats not the bank thats plusnet....&lt;BR /&gt;all i ever get off plusnet is ..it must be ur bank... well ill say it again (like every month) NO IT IS NOT MY BANK!!! sort the stupid problem&lt;BR /&gt;so yea town you can bring up T&amp;amp;C's that plusnet state .... but it dose not state in there ...that you &lt;BR /&gt;A: have to ring to pay your bill&lt;BR /&gt;B: in order for you to pay online you have to wait till your 14 days grace are over!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;so before you run around forums kissing up to plusnet why dont you actually read what others are saying?&lt;BR /&gt;p.s just a note the grace is not a issue that is awsome and id imagain it helps a lot of people (if they dont get paid on time etc)&lt;BR /&gt;and in all fairness plusnet should be compensating me atmo as they disconnected me LOOOOONG before my 14 days where over and without informing me prio</description>

      <description>Sorry I've not had much to input in to this thread. Just to be clear, the updated billing engine is not going to be a short term project, this is going to take a long time to fully design, implement and integrate with our systems, as such I'm not going to give any timescale around this.&lt;BR /&gt;From going back through some of the comments it seems one of the issues is that some cards aren't being accepted when they should be. If the people affected by this particular bug can PM me with the card type only (delta, visa, electron etc) then I can see if there is a common factor in play.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
