What a useless ticket system.

I went to add to ticket 92816024 tonight and as I hit Add Comment the whole thing disappeared. 45 Minutes on the phone at 10.00pm only to be told I had deleted the ticket and it can't be un deleted. What a useless system and call waiting times get no shorter yet still keep advertising for new customers..

More worrying is that you were told it had been deleted when I think what you'll find it's been closed. Check the closed tickets.

That's the odd thing it does not show in closed tickets.

Hi George,
It looks like you chose to close the ticket by mistake.
Closed tickets can't be re-opened but a new one has since been opened including a reference back to the closed one.
