,Every utility company we use..gas, electric, water,mobile phone contract?,council tax mortgage..the list is endless..allows us to change our direct debit date. Our request is met with a one word firm NO!!. Not negotiable. Please do not give us another long rubbish explanation why you can't. We are tired of that. We are moving internet providers. Simple.

If you really want to move to an ISP that provides a top quality service and who are truly flexible with their billing periods,
then have a look through the billing options from Andrews & Arnold Ltd.

My favourite option is -

Lunar monthly: Invoices are issued each full moon for the period to the day before the next full moon. Prices are based on 97% of our monthly rate for each lunar cycle.

but "Calendar monthly", "Four Weekly", "Quarterly", and "Annually", are also available,
and then in addition, almost every possible variable has been considered and is available to the customer to specify.
That's how to do billing !
