      <description>Can I suggest a little patience?&amp;nbsp; It is Christmas after all?&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;You posted your original thread less than 24 hours ago (on Boxing Day) and a new thread as a follow up (in contravention of forum rules) on a Saturday.&amp;nbsp; No idea if Billing work on a Saturday and I'd be fairly sure they weren't in yesterday...&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;</description>
