1st post as a member of the Plusnet Community - have been a lurker for a few months. After a successful install by 2 nice chaps from Openreach today - I joined Plusnet as a fibre customer(40/20) . Happy with the speeds obtained 38 down and 18 up. Also a big thank you to the Plusnet team who kept me well informed between the sign up date and today.

Welcome to the community. I'm sure that you will be as pleased as I am with the continued excellent service from Plusnet. In the unlikely event of things going wrong you will find that this forum is an excellent source of helpful information. I most certainly have in my 2.5 years as a customer.
