Member Centre Access Blocked after non payment

i have just found out , if my payment is late Due on 11th 2 days ago , will pay on the 17th ,, not only am i blocked from the member center to check the bill , i am also blocked from the Email settings i want to add a alias but i cant till i pay ?
Ok i am late in payment but why cant i even alter things in member center settings

I've suggested this be split into a new topic as I suspect it won't get visibility otherwise...
I'm not sure why you think that PN are in the wrong here? You haven't paid for service this month yet, you intend to delay payment for service even longer and yet you expect PN to provide a full service to you?

Sorry pwatson, whilst the sentiment of what you are saying I wouldn't disagree with, the lack of access to the portal has been brought up many times before and yet PN have sat on their backsides and done nothing about it

PN allow you internet access for 14 days after bill due date before they restrict you .
like i have said before during this time you have no access to your account and you cant even check your bill to see if its correct , among other things you are denied .

It's been a while since I dealt with this type of issue, so forgive me if I'm asking for the obvious but can you PM me a screenshot of the page you're getting when trying to browse the member centre?

Sorry, I meant link to a picture. These can be uploaded via a variety of sites such as tinypic etc. Alternatively if rongtw wants to attach the pic to a reply publicly (remembering to remove any identifying details) that'd work too.

Hmm. I'll see if I can find out why it's like it is. Being able to view your account doesn't seem unreasonable regardless.

I'm pretty sure I had something similar when first set up and the DD process didn't work - due entirely to PN limitations, not me or my bank!
The only thing I could do was get into a page to pay. Not very clever, especially as it was all down to PN's useless DD system.
That said, various staff members were very helpful in eventually getting it resolved.
