Plusnet referals

I referred my next door friend to change to Plusnet
So to all Plusnet users Don't bother as they don't pay out the referral fee even though I have emails.
Stating they have signed him up and I even gave them his user name.
They then wanted further information and it is not worth the time and aggravation for such a small amount

If the referral isn't showing on your account we ask for the referred account to create a support ticket stating they were referred by you, this ensures that we're adding referrals to the correct accounts. If the person you referred creates this ticket on their account we'll happily add the referral on for you.

They start paying when your friend pays his first bill. They pay my dad anyway for referring me.
