Thanks for flagging this up Lucerne.
I tried signing up and addressing this, but I think I need to be an approved poster.
If you manage to get them to contact me on the forums, I'll check whether their exchange can support LLU or not. If it can, I'll look into changing their market area, or offering a deal similar.

@lucerne - I've popped you a PM.
@chenks76 - Thanks a lot for your input on that thread as well (I presume that it was you). I am already pretty certain that it supports LLU. It's more a case of looking specifically at the account of OP's stepmum.

What would it be matty? Would it be market A or B and would that reduce the prices?
My parents have talktalk LLU at their exchange but they have been market 1 for all of the past 3 years and even now it' shows market 1` and A
I am convinced they have been paying over the odds for years there over res and biz accounts

NO problem, My dad got his bill cut to £17.65 all in earlier so although it says Market A on the checkers seems COT are keen to match talktalk. Had I know this before he would have challenged his £20 a month bill a long time ago!
Still he's happy now
