I find very difficult to find the link to my open tickets, I am wondering if anybody could help me.

Going right back to basics
The first pic is the top of the main Plusnet page
The second is after you click on Help and Support - login required
Please advise where you don't see it

Ah ok this is the problem :
1)www.plus.net->"Help and Support" it's as you say
2)www.plus.net->"Member Centre"->"Help and Support" is as I say
the page is completely different, is there any reason why?

I have absolutely no idea - I normally use Firefox with auto login but I also tried IE not logged in and didn't get that
