Extremely Pleased, with customer support "Jameseh"

Hello Everybody,
Literally just sent a few concerns to the staff member Jameseh and quite literally five minutes after i sent him this personal message I received a phone call from him personally going over my concerns. I found this to be extremely professional, and certainly would of never got such a service from AOL or any other service I have a subscription too.
Thumbs up to Plusnet and mainly Jameseh

stop being modest james.
the ship would sink rapidly if all the cannons that get fired in anger wasnt caught by your self and the other part time forum staff wen the fone an ticket avenues fail to keep the customers happy

I have to agree, James is always there to answer any questions on hand and provide support and advice.

Natham where have you been it should be James was not James is He left PN on the 13th Nov, (but still visits the forum)
