      <description>Hello Everybody,&lt;BR /&gt;Literally just sent a few concerns to the staff member Jameseh and quite literally five minutes after i sent him this personal message I received a phone call from him personally going over my concerns. I found this to be extremely professional, and certainly would of never got such a service from AOL or any other service I have a subscription too.&lt;BR /&gt;Thumbs up to Plusnet and mainly Jameseh</description>
