topic Direct Line for Provision? in Plusnet Feedback

Spoke to [mremoved] in Provisioning yesterday, very helpful chap and sorted out the new FTTC install appointment.
But when I asked if I could have a direct line to his department I was met with the news that this wasn't available for provisioning. (But in place for all other departments) Surely not too difficult to have this in place?
Come on Plusnet - it's the little things that count! (Like the ticket system too but that's been covered elsewhere...)
Paul
jim:csa

Hi hillyfields123,
Just a word of warning; I have responded to your other thread before giving my attention to this one.
Thanks for your feedback. I'll pass it on on your behalf to the agent.
Sorry that we don't have a direct number for this department.
Depending on whether you confirm to our IVR system the telephone number you are calling from, there should be an option for customer service. That should lead you to three options. The third one asks if you require an order update, which should route you through to provisioning.
However, now that you have rebooked your appointment, I am hoping that you shouldn't have to contact us again (for the right reasons of course).
Matty

Well, fingers crossed I won't be needing another call to provisioning!
