However it seems to be taking forever to get connected. Thankfully Sharon has taken up my case, So hopefully I will be joining sometime soon. The problem seems to be Planet's inability to handle direct debit well. I find this amazing as it is their source of income. It is obvious from what I have read that I am not alone with DD problems.
