Wireless Connection

Frustration — Sat, 01 Aug 2009 11:58:08 GMT

Have just moved to Plusnet. Received the router and set it up as directed, could not establish a wireless connection. Was supplied with another router - same problem. Have now spent two days on trying to set this up, can anyone help? My inclinantion having entered this forum and read some of the posts is to cancel order and revert back to Orange, although more expensive, they do have an efficient support call center

as per the other post today, have you entered the WPA code into you PC, the PN Thompson router has WPA security enabled when delivered, the code is printed on the bottom of the router, and IAEFRTBM, which came as a printed sheet with the router

It should not be any harder than setting up an Orange Livebox. Did you have one of those or is this your first time trying to use wireless?

Are you still having trouble or are things sorted out now?
