webmail no longer working properly

Suddenly I find that clicking on any of my incoming emails on the webmail page simply leads to a failure navigation to the website cancelled - or just a message website found awaiting reply - for ever.
Either way, I can no longer read my emails.
Incidently, when trying to report this, I first followed the link on the login page headed 'Visit the Webmail feedback discussion on our Community Site and give us your comments!' Clicking this just leads me to a 40-page starting 'SquirrelMail : Do you dig it?'. Ho, ho, NO
There is no link anywhere on that page to allow me to initiate a post - and yes, I am logged in at the time.

and on Firefox OK for me
as for raising a ticket - there isn't a specific category for webmail but if you go to here https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?helpheader=helpassistant and click on Email, Spam, Webmail & News you will get this page and you can raise a ticket by clicking on the link I have circled
