I would like to thank Zoe for her advice regarding my telephone problem and also for taking the time to explain a lot to me about upgrading to fibre optic. I was very impressed with her knowledge and advice on both subjects. I have been a Plusnet customer for 12 years or so and have always found your support staff very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.
