so my internet has dropped twice today....(that ive noticed)
so i go to call plusnet to ask whats going on.....
01142 965198.... no sound .... suddenly ...press option two to speak to tech help.... silence for a sec again
then line gose dead?

Does the same thing happen on 0800 432 0200 or 0345 140 0200?

nope works fine
cos ive been with you coming up 5 years i auto dial the 01142 number 😕

Hmm I'm not sure, we don;t advertise the use of that number so if you need to get in touch, I'd use one of the above numbers if they're working without any problems.

You may just have had a dicky connection on that occasion....... or is that repeatable everytime you use it?
