What's up with this graph? It looks like it's hit and miss as to whether some of the new gateways record their stats correctly.

Graphing glitch (on the to be fixed list I assume...)
The user count isn't right also.

It isn't a graphing glitch because if you change the image URL to report the last year it was OK up until some of the new bng gateways were introduced:

It's the gateways not reporting their stats correctly to the graphing. The problem started around 4 weeks ago.

Problem has been longer than 4 weeks - it's the new BNGs that are the main issue I think:

The particular problem with the lines for ptn-bng01 and pcl-bng02 started about the same time as the numbers of users on those gateways increased from about 50k to about 75k.

Yes the problem of the graphing glitches has been present for a lot longer that 4 weeks. Several months. As for the current Image unavailable, well it was working earlier today, all graphs on this page.
Perhaps it's unavailable because it's being fixed at the moment Would that be right Dave?
I noted no Plusnet response to https://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,131220.0.html but I guess it's because so many were still on Holiday

Sometimes the new BNGs are reporting back to graphing when polled. It's a known issue on our side.
