After a very long - but probably not really very traumatic (if I'm being honest) route to fibre - Adam has not only put up with some petulant rants, but when I went back to the ticket to ask for a double check of the Monday engineer appointment, I found that Adam had already been doing that multiple times.

He did the same for me. When I found out that from the exchange/backhaul side of things weren't ready (although OpenWretch were accepting orders ... and had been for 2 months) and tried to cancel, he kicked BT/O and BT/W up the arse and the fault was resolved within a week.
I wonder if the town of Twyyn know they need to thank him.

Same here as well. After a long time suffering from frequent drops on BB part, Adam took charge and got the BTW to check my line from Cabinet to my house and they did the shift and lift on my line. Since then the line has been stable. So, well done Adam. As they have already said, you are a star.

Adam was a similar star back when we upgraded to fibre for the first time. That's nearly 4 years ago now.
IIRC, it took 10-11 weeks to get sorted.
