    <description>Hi Pete, &lt;BR /&gt;I believe the information in that part of the sign up journey is the same whether you're signing up for ADSL or Fibre. So it's more a case of us not separating the two out at that point as it shouldn't cause any issues. &lt;BR /&gt;You're also right in saying that DLM for fibre runs constantly, that's due to it being an entirely automated process.</description>

      <description>Hey PN &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.plus.net/html/@104CD63F9302A50EF5EC70FE32BB8AA1/images/emoticons/smiley.gif" alt="Smiley" title="Smiley" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I just wanted to let you know that still, on FTTC signups customers are being told there is a 10 day training period, is tihs because DLM runs all the time so there's no harm in saying so? OR is it a genuine mistake?&lt;BR /&gt;I believe it is 2 days? &lt;BR /&gt;My dad signed up yesterday and it's in his confirmation e-mail.
