getting bt sport connected

i am getting somewhat annoyed with plusnet having asked for last 10 days to get connected , iwas sent new sky card and put this in but it still does not work , i keep being told by plusnet that it is connected when it is not
last night after being on hold for 40 minutes (christ just employ more people! )was told that problem with sky card and that it would be resolved this morning and they would call me back
they have not of course and no doubt will spend another 40 minutes on phone wasting my time to try and resolve for the 4th time
you used to be so good and customer service was a shining light to others
please pick this up and call me

someone should have called me they have not please send a pm but i need someone as promsed to call sky to resolve this
I DO NOT WANT TO SPEND ANOTHER 45 MINUTES HAVING TO WAIT TO SPEAK RTO SOMEONE WHEN YOU PROMISED A CALL

I'm sorry that you didn't receive a call back from the agent you spoke with yesterday.
I have tried calling you a couple of times including earlier but both times it has gone to Vodafone voicemail.
I was just hoping for the Receiver ID so that I can ensure that no mistake has been made from our side.
I will try you a couple more times before I go home in the interest of getting this resolved.
