      <description>- &lt;B&gt;10 days without broadband&lt;/B&gt;, because BT openreach router is dead and they can not change it.&lt;BR /&gt;- &lt;B&gt;50 Minutes&lt;/B&gt; i was hanged on phone and &lt;B&gt;waiting answer from support&lt;/B&gt;, and at the end they just terminate my call.&lt;BR /&gt;-&lt;B&gt; 72 hours&lt;/B&gt; to wait answer from &lt;B&gt;support by email&lt;/B&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:15pt"&gt;It is first company in UK, that provide so terrible support&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;adie:red changed all caps title as per link:rules.</description>
