      <description>Have to say, getting really fed up now, nearly a month of un-usable internet during peak times, two engineers visits, and nothing, no faults with the line.&lt;BR /&gt;Tonights speeds on fibre&lt;BR /&gt;1. Best Effort Test: &lt;BR /&gt;Download Speed : 0.77 Mbps&lt;BR /&gt;2. Upstream Test: &lt;BR /&gt;Upload Speed : 4.07 Mbps&lt;BR /&gt;Usually getting 16-17Mbps - Its actually driving me insane!!&lt;BR /&gt;Look at this for a ping graph (peak hours only)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;IMG src="http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ping/share-thumb/78d45ae0832e4e07b0661e3d80d8d52a.png" /&gt;</description>

      <description>No they didn't, the engineer thought it was a contention issue, however BTOR wouldn't authorise a lift and shift, they have also apparently done a card reset to no avail. He did say it could be the ISP's issue over BTOR</description>

      <description>Hi Adam.&lt;BR /&gt;Its a peak time only issue, so the speeds now will be fine i.e 15.17mpbs down and 4.6mbps up, however last night during peak time the speeds were as low as 0.5mbps down.&lt;BR /&gt;Josh</description>
