Just to thank PN for the seamless switch from my previous ISP bringing Fibre/phone, and the personal call to verify a question posted here. I'm using my own equipment and my speed is great.
I'm not sure if the engineer will bother calling seeing as I was previously on VDSL, but hey who cares

I'll pass your thanks on to Linn regarding the call.
If you now have a working service, it seems unlikely that the engineer will show now. Your order has now signed off as "Completed" in our suppliers systems so take what you will from that
