      <description>Don't try to get them elsewhere, you run serious risks by doing so. It is down at the moment for some reason, it wasn't on Friday.&lt;BR /&gt;We'll see if we can get it flagged up to someone asap.&lt;BR /&gt;Edit: which modem/router are you using?</description>

      <description>Too right Jim, well I've just posted a blunt message on there but got the &lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;TABLE&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Quote&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;Your comment must be checked by a human to make sure it isn't spam. Nothing personal, we check all comments from users who are not logged in. It should be approved within 24 hours.&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So I posted another message, as it says I am logged in. I've had this nonsense previously.</description>

      <description>I think &lt;A href="http://download.modem-help.co.uk/mfcs-A/Alcatel/Modems/TG582n/v1/Firmware/DANT-T/" target="_blank"&gt;modem-help.co.uk&lt;/A&gt; has them, but of course you can only download one file per day for free from there, and thanks to the technicolor firmware upgrade method, you also need to download the firmware update software, and need a version of Windows in which the firmware update software works.</description>

The files have been hosted/pointed at Hostopia for months now. I created the necessary zone on the Plusnet domain system but forgot to&amp;nbsp; flip the name servers over last week.&lt;BR /&gt;I need access to the Just The Name account to do this which will have to wait until I'm back in the office.&lt;BR /&gt;In the interim, I've re-enabled the PAYH account so the site should be back up now.</description>
