Firmware website appears down?

Does anyone know if http://products.plus-payh.co.uk/firmware/ is permanently down or if you can get copies of the files elsewhere?

Don't try to get them elsewhere, you run serious risks by doing so. It is down at the moment for some reason, it wasn't on Friday.
We'll see if we can get it flagged up to someone asap.
Edit: which modem/router are you using?

I can confirm that it is also showing down with a (This Webpage is not available)

I warned them about this but obviously they didn't do anything about it when the host was closed down

Which anomally, if you are talking about the logged in message, it's another known bug.

Yes I know as I have ancountered that before, same as the double avatar, just before the footer
I was mainly referring to the website host closing down
How many PN's pages would likely be affected by it, surely it wasn't just the one page (was it) ?

I think modem-help.co.uk has them, but of course you can only download one file per day for free from there, and thanks to the technicolor firmware upgrade method, you also need to download the firmware update software, and need a version of Windows in which the firmware update software works.

Yes I did, however I neglected to change the name servers over. The files have been hosted/pointed at Hostopia for months now. I created the necessary zone on the Plusnet domain system but forgot to flip the name servers over last week.
I need access to the Just The Name account to do this which will have to wait until I'm back in the office.
In the interim, I've re-enabled the PAYH account so the site should be back up now.

still not working here - cache is cleared - so it must be google dns although this points to a problem

It's not just you! http://products.plus-payh.co.uk looks down from here.
Edit - just started working although downfor etc, still can't see it
