Thanks to Crewe at the adviser centre and Luke Hartley at customer services.
They where exceptionally helpful and clarified my previous years call plan options as regards; amounts paid, tariffs, and potential deals. They where careful to provide me with the relevant information to continue
with Plusnet, they where also thoughtful to listen to my needs of clarification and are an asset to this company in communication and sales.
Thanks to the information they provided I am now staying with plusnet on a new contract.
I have had many internet providers in the past and started my time on dial up broadband connection many years ago so I have had my share of conversations and dealings on the telephone to ISP's, engineers and sales teams. Plusnet have been the best so far.
Once again great service overall and thanks Crewe, Thanks Luke.
