      <description>Hi rgt247,&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for getting in touch with us, it looks like we're still awaiting an update from the bank to inform that the new direct debit is active as this is still showing as pending in our billing system. Once this is updates and shows live we should be able to resubmit the request for the payment again.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
