As a customer to be told that automatically that there is a 30 minute wait and you are sorry making me wait.
I am in a que then and paying for the privilege of this!
Next time one of the advisors is in a Que. at the supermarket or a Que. for petrol at your garage you are going to be charged for the privillage of waiting in the you will soon take umbrage. Plusnet try employing more staff or making compensation payments. Do not suggest that I use a web page and raise a question- I am being told that a response is 48 hours. Also your on hold music is to loud and the choice is sad! Please get a life and answer the phone before my phone batteries go flat.

Unless you are calling using a mobile phone it shouldn't be costing you anything.

A comment has been made that it costs nader to phone for help. Ok 0800 number-how then you connect to it without first paying a line rental? Or are they now free?

That is free from any fixed band phone supplier and some of the mobile ones
Check with your present phone supplier
