      <description>Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;I signed up with Plusnet about 3 months ago because of the great reviews but our internet cuts out about 5 times every day and we see the dreaded Technicolor Gateway screen.&amp;nbsp; It's incredibly frustrating, we don't turn the router off - internet cuts out for between 1 minute to 10 minutes.&amp;nbsp; I work from home so it can be disruptive and certainly doesn't look professional as it happens so often.&lt;BR /&gt;Is there anything that can be done to address this?&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;T</description>
