Hi paulsomerset,
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your connection. I've taken a look at your account, as well as the three tickets you have regarding the issue. Your line appears to be dropping out on a regular occurrence:
<img src="http://community.plus.net/visualradius/generated/image14023130476248.png"/>
Do you switch your router off overnight? If so, that's probably the reason that your slow speeds. You can see why this happens here: http://community.plus.net/library/broadband/broadband-faults-guide-banding-guide/
Your line is banded to: WBC 288K - 576K Medium delay (INP 8 ) 6dB Downstream, UC Low delay (INP 0) 6dB Upstream. If you could leave your router switched on, I'll remove the banding and if this is what is causing the issue, leaving the router on will resolve it.
@Oldjim - Thanks, replied to them.
