      <description>It was my understanding that once a transfer of service of telephone line from previous supplier to Plus Net kicked in previous supplier would just bill for the time between last bill and switch over date.&lt;BR /&gt;Is this the case as I have had a monthly bill from previous supplier today even though I was out of contract with them when I switched?</description>
