Excellent service.

I was a BT home phone user for 12 years and with Plusnet for 4 years - broadband extra at 60Gb per month.
All I ever wanted from BT was the phone line - no extras like family and friends etc.
But the basic BT home phone rental has just increased to £70 a quarter.
And so, I changed to Plusnet for the home phone at £14.50 a month and unlimited broadband at £9.99 a month.
The change over to Plusnet phone line happened today and process was painless.
A big thank you from me.

To be paying BT £70 per quarter you must have had Anytime calls included as well as rental - Plunet deal does not include any call costs.

With line rental saver + anytime calls, PN is still considerably cheaper than BT. That's why I've just renewed my contract!!!
