      <description>My connection failed about 14.30 this afternoon. I tried all the obvious things before contacting PN. I was very pleased with how quickly my call was answered &amp;amp; how well the problem was handled. The fault was handed on to your faults team.&lt;BR /&gt;Subsequently I checked with my neighbour who is a BT customer. He had also lost his connection &amp;amp; the BT recorded message informed him of an exchange fault.       <description>Hi Chris. Subsequently overnight it looks as though the DLM kicked in &amp;amp; my speed has dropped by 25%. I've added a note to the fault ticket so hopefully your faults team will pick it up in due course.</description>
