      <title>No internet connection</title>

      <description>Have been signed up less than a month now.&lt;BR /&gt;In this time have received first an email confirming our connection was ready and then several saying it had been delayed. In which time connection comes and goes. Then received an email confirming our connection was set up and ready to use. And immediately after our connection isn't working again.This is ridiculous and unacceptable I will not be making the first payment until this is resolved. Also the customer service number never gets answered. Just poor service all round. &lt;BR /&gt;</description>
